Review

Over the July 4th weekend, my family and I took a mini vacation to Palm Springs, CA. With my twin boys still in diapers, I thought it would be great to test out the PhysiObebe No-Rinse Cleansing Fluid since we’ll be out in the pools all weekend. I didn’t know what to expect with the “no-rinse” fluid. I mean, will it really dissolve the dirt from my boys’ diaper areas? What does it smell like? Will it leave a funky residue after use? With all these thoughts running through my mind, I couldn’t wait to test it out. I was totally hoping it wasn’t one of those true-good-to-be-true cases.

The very first thing that I noticed when I opened the bottle was the way it smelled. It took me back about 3 years, to when my husband and I brought our twin boys home.  It was a small slice of magic – Mustella had replicated that wonderful, new baby smell.  It’s so fresh and clean that you just want to drown yourself in it – okay not literally, but for those of you with children, you know what I mean. Sometimes, you just miss that new baby smell.  The pump-dispenser makes application a breeze; all you need is a small amount on the cotton ball and then rub the area to clean. Super easy! It truly did dissolve the dirt from the diaper area, as well as the residue from the sunblock on the boys’ faces and mine as well – sweet. It also didn’t leave a weird residue after cleaning – a common thing that happens when you are dealing with these instant cleanser fluids. With just a few pats after cleansing, the fluid was gone, so there was no need for a towel to wipe dry and definitely no weird and funky left over residue.

All of Mustela’s products are hypoallergenic, paraben-free, phthalate-free, phenoxyethanol-free and alcohol-free. They pride themselves on being a skincare expert, especially in the realm of child and newborn care. The PhysiObebe No-Rinse Cleansing Fluid leaves the baby’s skin clean and refreshed, while smoothing and softening the upper layers of the skin with Aloe vera and Allantoin. This product is great, especially if you are going to be away from home for the weekend.

What I love most about the PhysiObebe No-Rinse Cleansing Fluid is the two key words in the product name, no-rinse. I also love that I can use this on both the boys and myself, a perfect way to get clean on the go. When you have twins that are still in diapers, you have to carry a lot of extra cleansing items when going on a vacation. My favorite part about the no-rinse fluid is that I only need this one bottle to pack for a quick cleanse – and while it’s doing it’s job, it’s moisturizing their skin and leaving them clean and fresh.
