Before Deborah Lippman was the manicurist to the stars, she sang her heart out in smoky night clubs while working as a waitress during the day. Throwing caution to the wind, she stepped out on her own, creating the award winning Lippmann Collection. From Vogue to Vanity Fair and Versace to Valentino – Deborah Lippman is the go-to manicurist for the creme de la creme in fashion.
This fall, the Lippmann Collection welcomes Stormy Weather, a lacquer created by Deborah Lippman and Narcisco Rodriguez for a recent runway show. Before the show, Narcisco called Lippman and told her that he needed a new nail lacquer that was airy and minimal without the shimmers. Within 24 hours, Lippman and her team of professionals created this organic, beautiful and one of a kind granite gray.
Just six months after being seen on the catwalk for Narcisco’s Fall 2011 show, Lippman’s Stormy Weather is now available for purchase. All of Lippman’s nail lacquers contain no toulene, formaldehyde r DBP [Dibutyl phthalate] and of course none of the testings are done on animals. Who wouldn’t want nail polish with out all of the harmful ingredients?
