3 weeks ago I took a trip over to our Malibu location to check out our brand new Philips Crystalize machine. This innovative skin imaging system takes photos of your skin using it’s super high-tech microscopic camera, and identifies specific issues that you may or may not have known that you had. At 30 years old, I expected the typical acne and pigmentation issues – what I wasn’t expecting to see was the recommendation to address my signs of aging.

GASP.

After consulting with a Curator in the store, I was recommended to go with Caudalie, a powerhouse when it comes to anti-aging products. Once I decided on a line, it was easy to pick the product – the Premier Cru has been raved about in People Mag, InStyle and Marie Claire [just to name a few] as being the complete care product for global anti-aging. I also knew that Caudalie had done something really special and unique when it came to the formulation, using all three of their hard-hitting patents to treat wrinkles, firmness, dull complexion and dark spots. Premier Cru comes in a beautiful Gold pump dispenser, filled with the most fragrant and silky smooth cream that I have ever come across. The sweet smell of grapevines covers your neck and face, staying with you for hours after application. The first evening I used the Premier Cru, my husband kept asking me if I was using a new perfume or scented lotion. The smell is incredibly intoxicating. The cream itself is incredibly light – melting into your skin for an instant boost of radiance and hydration. Initially, my combination skin had me apprehensive to try this out, but the Premier Cru left my skin hydrated and feeling healthier than ever, without weighing it down with icky oil buildup. Though I didn’t have many wrinkles to start, the small crows feet that were developing around my eyes have been filled in, as have the deeper portions of my expression lines. However, my absolute favorite part about the Premier Cru was the effect it has had on my texture and tone, creating a soft, supple canvas – so smooth that I’ve recently said goodbye to Primer.

And now to the question that everyone is wondering, ‘is Premier Cru worth the $150?’. Absolutely YES.
