The last time we stocked the Katy Perry OPI Collection, it sold out almost instantly. Back by popular demand, a second drop of the Collection has just arrived in stores this morning! The Black Shatter is almost sold out, with waiting lists available for each of the three stores. Those on the waiting list will have the first opportunity to purchase before they fly off of the shelves again!
